I have a Sapphire R9 Fury card, and lately it has been having problems with the drivers. I notice that the fans start when I boot the system, and shortly afterwards they stop. The issue is that the Radeon Settings is telling me the fans are running at 2000+ RPM when they are not spinning at all.
I noticed this issue with the latest drivers, and I have tried downgrading to each driver package listed on the previous versions page. Nothing is working.
I have attached the report from when I had the 9.3.3 drivers installed.
