Here is the official Microsoft list of Windows 11 supported AMD processors as of the last update on 7/25/2023.

You'll note that the 5700X3D is absent, however it did not launch until 1/24/2024 which is after the last update.

The 5800X3D is on the list however, and the 5700X3D is just a downclocked 5800X3D, so as @backFireX64 states, it is supported. The list just hasn't been updated in awhile.
