i had an issue for a while while gaming my computer screen would turn a solid color then restart, i believed it was the processor getting too hot, so i reapplied TP and installed a new fan system, the game in question worked fine i could play it for hours, then tonight it did it again and i saw on my AMD app that my fan speed was set to "always zero" It did this a few days ago and i turned it off and my GPU fan was spinning without question. but apparently it somehow turned itself back on, could updating to 19.7.1 have caused this?
