I have an Asus HD5450 Silent, and for some time now the drivers and all the programs have detected that it is an "HD7400 series", and I am wondering how I could solve this problem and if it could affect the performance of my graphics card.

My PC:

- AMD Athlon 64 x2 4200+

- MSI K9AGM2-FIH

- ASUS HD5450 Silent 1GB

- 4GB DDR2

- Windows 10 Home 64 bits

- Drivers Version of Radeon: 15.301.1901-160226a-318062E
