hi there

I have an old laptop ,hp envy 17 3d 2012 ,it comes with two video cards AMD Radeon HD 6850M and intel HD 3000

on windows 7 I have no problem with them , but when I install windows 10 64 bit the AMD card doesn't work ! 

in device manager all things is good and the driver is install , but when I go to the display sittings there is one card appear , just intel , I was tried all methods to know what is the problem but I can't

my laptop specs :

HP envy 17 3D

model 2000ee

2012

video cards : AMD Radeon HD 6850M and intel HD 3000

Ram : 8 GB

ssd : 512

system : windows 10 Pro 64 bit

my video card is legacy , not listed in a new video cards like RX 6800

Have you tried disabling the Intel integrated graphics either in BIOS or Device Manager?
