Please help! AMD Ryzen Chipset Driver 3.10.08.506 on Ryzen 9 5900HX?

So I installed Windows 11 on my laptop which uses Ryzen 9 5900HX, and according to this page ,  compatible AMD processors may exhibit reduced performance in certain applications when running Windows 11, which includes the Ryzen 9 5900hx on my laptop as one of the 'compatible AMD processors'. And because the page says "An AMD Chipset Driver package is now available to address this issue under version 3.10.08.506.", I assumed that to fix the issue I need to install the AMD Ryzen Chipset Driver 3.10.08.506, which then I did install, but then afterwards I noticed that Ryzen 9 5900HX is not in the 'processor support' list on the 3.10.08.506 release notes. So what would happen to my laptop now, would it cause more issues because my processor is not supported by the driver I installed? Or would it work just fine and fix the windows 11 issues as intended?

More info: the first time I tried to install the AMD Ryzen Chipset Driver 3.10.08.506, I checked the installation detail thingy that can be checked after installation is completed, and it says 1 out of 6 drivers failed to install, which is the 'AMD Processor Power Management Support'. And I figured I had the 'AMD Ryzen Balanced Driver' installed, and somehow I thought that that's the thing that caused the 'AMD Processor Power Management Support' failed to install, so I uninstalled the Ryzen Balanced Driver, and retried installing the Chipset Driver, and then all 6 of them installed successfully.

tl;dr not only I installed the Ryzen Chipset Driver 3.10.08.506 which doesn't support my processor, I uninstalled Ryzen Balanced Driver that came with my laptop by default in the process. would that also bring more issues?

Please help, thanks!

AMD has a specific AMD CHIPSET for Laptops. Here is the AMD  CHIPSET for Laptops from AMD Download page: https://www.amd.com/en/support/chipsets/socket-fp5-mobile/amd-ryzen-and-athlon-mobile-chipset

NOTE: I don't see the "/HX" in the compatible processor list. So you might need to get your CHIPSET from your laptop's Support download page if the above doesn't work.

EDIT: Misread your original post. Seems like you did install the proper AMD CHIPSET from AMD Download page. Yes I see that the "/HX" version is not listed. But if the CHIPSET package installed successfully it should be good for your mobile processor.

But just to be certain open a AMD SUPPORT Ticket and asked them directly from here: https://www.amd.com/en/support/contact-email-form

Found this  article about the difference between HS & HX: https://glennsqlperformance.com/2020/07/22/understanding-amd-processor-names/

"The “U” SKUs are low TDP versions for better battery life and reduced cooling needs. The Ryzen 5000 series added “HX” SKUs that have higher performance than regular “H” SKUs."

So personally I believe the above CHIPSET should work for your processor.
