You have a HD7670M graphics chip. The latest/last driver for it 16.2.1. What 'Performance' tab are you talking about? To do what? The computer performance tab is under 'Power' or 'Mobility Center' in the computer control panel.

There is no such thing as a HD 7600M graphics card. There is a series of HD 7600 cards. Which one do you have? APU or Intel processor?
