I recently bought a used Rx 5600xt, upon first installation it worked fine, I ddud my old drivers safe mode before swapping GPU, installed new drivers for the card, and it downloaded fine, did some benchmarks and gaming and it all worked fine, but when switching it on for the second tike the pc just kept getting stuck while booting until I started in safe mode and apparently the adrenalin software was missing(or it just couldnt be opened in safe mode) so I uninstalled the driver again, restarted and tried again, it worked for some time, then same thijg. Today I can't even get the drivers on anymore doesn't matter if I try the new 24.4.1 or the old 22.q4 that is listed on the website, it doesn't finish the download, just gets a black screen while installing and it never recovers from it. I've tried stopping windows updates, editing group policy to stop driver installations by windows, and this hasn't fixed the issue. Also tried booting from my old GPU and that seems to boot just fine without the safe mode step
