PC restart when idle

Recently, I updated my AMD adrenaline software. This was fine until I left my PC for just over 5 minutes which is when it restarted. This has happened multiple times and has got quite annoying. I check my event viewer and it says there are AMD files that can not be found on the time which my PC restarts. Since, I have deleted the adrenaline software and the problem has stopped however this is not a good fix as my PC runs games noticeably slower now. I have a Radeon 6600 TX and 5600g

Make sure your motherboards BIOS is up to date

Make sure you have the latest AM4 chipset drivers installed from AMD.com

Run the program called DDU and remove all past/present GPU drivers .. reboot .. and THEN install latest GPU drivers from AMD.com

Make sure you Windows install is up to date

Sometimes any cable extenders INSIDE the case including PCIe riser cables .. can be cause of odd issues

Inadequate power supply can cause issues too

Thank you for the reply, I have done the things you have suggested and the problem persists. It seems to only happen as soon as my monitors go to sleep after 5 minutes. when I check the event viewer at the time of the restart it says "The AMDRyzenMasterDriverV19 service failed to start due to the following error:
The system cannot find the file specified." I don't think it is a power supply problem as I have no risers cables in my PC and I'm sure that a 650W power supply is enough for the gear that i have. I have 16gb of ram, 1tb of p.2 storage, gigabyte b550 motherboard, along with the CPU and GPU i mentioned in my initial post.
