PC Crash

Hi, 

 

So I have recently updated my RX570 Adrenalin to version 21.4.1. However, the system crashes to a black screen irrespective of the games I play. Hard resetting the PC is the only solution. The monitor often enters power saving mode during resetting. Anyone else experience this?
