I've been having major issues with latest update 20.4, is there a list of older Radeon Software to download? I'm looking for version 18. Thank you

please read.this is not connected to this but please help me and don't move me or tell me to make a ticket.since march 24th i downloaded the new amd driver and since then the "thread stuck in device driver bsod".not letting me use my amd.i disabled the driver and i stayed like that becuz of the pandemic there is nobody to fix it.i tried every single fix from youtube to reddit and even here but nothing
