Just throwing this out as a possibility: make sure you're running using the discrete graphics card and not the integrated graphics on the CPU. If both are present, there ought to be a setting in Adrenalin to use one or the other. Otherwise, I'd check either something like Windows' Device Manager or you computer's BIOS.
