Guys please I need HELP !!! When I open my laptop .... in desktop screen flickering always with colors in desktop and the problem in my graphic card ( AMD READON 7600M ) What is solve for that ????????

And if I update the card in with windows update it tells me ERROR so I cant update the card if I want to know from where is the problem so I need solve with update ( if it is solution ) and any solve that can help my disaster !
