My gaming laptop crashed everytime I installed AMD raedon software

This happened since August this year, I'm not sure was AMD raedon software updated automaticlly backstage or something else changed in my system. After that,I reinstall my system, but everytime I installed AMD raedon software, the system crashed. So I think it must have relations with AMD raedon software. So I ask for help, hope this will be solved soon.

my laptop drivers info:

AMD SMbus 5.12.0.38
