My 240Hz display option is gone (corsair voyager a1600)

Hi evevryone,

I've had a 2022 corsair voyager a1600 for a month now, which came with the Radeon RX6800M and a Qhd+ 240Hz display.

When I configured it, I changed the refresh rate from 240 to 60Hz because gaming wouldn't be my main activity with this laptop and i wanted to optimize battery life.

However, I once had an issue while recording real-time audio with high DPC latency spikes, which made me update the chipset and the GPU to adrenalin. Since, everything's been working well BUT the 240Hz display option in Windows parameters is GONE, and AMD software's says FreeSync is only available at 60Hz with no option to go up to 240Hz.

I have not found my answers yet on the internet, will update this post if I do.

Thanks

That's the same problem for me to. I have been researching about it but I have no solutions. I have tried uninstalling it, an reinstalling but nothing fixes it.

I hope someone will see this and fix this problem. I have had it for almost 3 months now but I have it hoked up to a monitor so it isn't that bad but when I travel with it, the 60hz really does kick in and its abit annoying.
