Microstutters when using Anti-Lag+VSR

Recently after upgrading to 22.4.2 driver version from the 21.7.2 VSR resolutions of 5760x3240 and 7680x4320 became available (before that, only 5120x2880 was available, which was not enticing to use at all). What I noticed is that when using VSR and Anti-Lag (I keep AL On in the global settings, not per app) there are quite a bit of microstuttering issues in a variety of games using different APIs (DX9, DX11 at the very least).

The GPU in question is RX 6900XT.

Obviously, disabling Anti-Lag on a per-game basis in the games I use VSR with alleviates the issue, but it's still weird.

What's your monitors refresh rate?

60Hz.

BenQ SW271.

I'm not sure if it is the latest driver version is causing it, or if it would've been like that anyway if I tried to use VSR before.

Try to cap your frames to 59 and see what happens

Do you play CS GO? CS GO randomly freezes from 1 to 10 secs when I have anti lag on in the latest drivers, that´s why I rolled back.

No, I don't play multiplayer in general. The games I noticed this in are variable. Assassin's Creed IV, Crysis, Aliens vs. Predator 2010, FlatOut 1 and 2, Amnesia the Dark Descent, etc. In general, almost every game uneven frame pacing if VSR and AL are both On. With native resolution or if the AL is disabled this problem does not seem to occur. The issue itself isn't unresolvable, after all, AL is not a game-changing feature and I just disable it if necessary, not a big deal, it's just a weird issue. Also, to clarify, the framerate in games is not the issue, because some of the older games I use it on can run well over 100 FPS.
