microphone stopped working after updating amd software

hello,

my microphone stopped working after updating the amd adrenalin software to the 23.4.2 verison .

the microphone does recognize by windows.

hope one of u that sees that can help me.

Hi , have the same problem, uninstalled all amd drivers with the amd cleanup utility, uninstalled all audio drivers from device management, in My case an HP laptop.

Reinstalled video drivers from hp support assistant and the AMD microphone array become available again.

Wos: 11 x64 Home
