Explanation:

After installing the new driver 19.5.2 a few weeks ago I noticed some stuttering in my game league of legends. I went back to 19.4.2 and the issue was resolved. Now a few days ago I installed 19.6.2 thinking it would be fixed, but no the micro stuttering still persists. I have no idea what causes it and it is also very hard to distinguish. You don't see it that well with the naked eye, but when you play it is very noticable. The problem might not be caused by AMD, maybe it's just a problem with the game.
