Team Red,
I'm still having the same issue with my memory frequency. I'm not sure where else to turn since I can't seem to solve this problem on my own. Basically, anytime I adjust the fans to manual my memory will remain underclocked, Usually between 300 and 800. In some games it's not noticable, but in others Sea of Thieves for example, it's easily a 20FPS drop. This only happens when I turn fans to manual, when I use automatic the memory jumps right to 1000 and everything works fine. I looked for help with this previously and didn't get to many responses.

If anyone is able to help I would really appreciate.
