Hello, 

I have just buy a new ryzen 5 2400g wuth graphics an MSI B350 gaming plus 2x8Go ballistyx sport ddr4 2666Mhz

Old windows 10 64bits pro 1903.

The processor. is OK but I cannot install the graphic driver, I have always a BSOD with "System Tread Exeption not Handled" Atikmdag.sys or TDR level Atikmdag.sys

I try all the things I find on the web but I cannot use the graphic card.

What can I do?

I solve the problem.

I have on the motherboard a Nvidia graphic card on the first PCI express slot  I remove it and K can install the driver and after I put back the Nvidia on the second PCI Express x 4 and all  is ok.

Are you installing the correct driver?

Thanks Kingfish, I solve the problem with the help of AMD support Online Service Request | AMD 

I have on the motherboard a Nvidia graphic card on the first PCI express slot  I remove it and K can install the driver and after I put back the Nvidia on the second PCI Express x 4 and all  is ok.
