Major Crashes!! When running Games July 2019

I was having major issues just running games. It was Crashing over an over again. Could not figure out why. OK again. I had to roll back YEARS to address this issue. You know what? I am just gonna tell you what to do.

I had to roll back Years! All the way back to 17.9.3 Everything seems to be working better now. No crashes. So far. I don't know what you did. But i just built this system. So it cant be me.
