I had a 24.7.1 drivers and when i reinsral windows there are no more that drivers only 24.3.i .Have rx590 gtaphic gard. Whats happened the proframs a ns especialy games ask me for 24.8.1 ???

For your card I can see that 24.3.1 is the recommended driver. Probably that is the last version in which they added changes for your RX 590.
But you can download and install any driver version if you want.
Just select any 7000 card and download the driver.
