hello

keep getting radeon software video card drivers crashing while playing lost ark, tried many things, uninstall video driver clean install 

with DDU, system/drivers all up-to-date, temps are fine on gpu/cpu, no overclocks, sent in many error report pop up 

after drivers crash, no sure they even read the reports.

system spec

5900x cpu

6900 tx gpu 

32 gb ram ( 3600mhz )

I'm at a loss on what to try next, its just lost ark game, play other games with no problems at all, any help

I have exactly the same problem. 

3600X cpu

5700XT gpu

Windows 11

Rest is almost the same with the original message. No  overheating, no OC etc.

the new drivers make it worse, had to roll back to feb 24 drivers, come on AMD you can do better than this,

thinking of buying a nvidia card, this is the first time I brought an AMD card mite be the last.

Can anyone give a solution for this? my game keeps crashing randomly. Its too frustating.

Uninstall with Display Driver Uninstaller.

Install a previous version of AMDs drivers.

If that doesnt work, go back to win 10.

I am using AMD Graphics Card for the first time, while playing my LostArk game, the computer freezes. Because I love AMD processors, I wanted to try the Graphics Card, but the result is very bad, please pay more attention to AMD cards. It is very annoying.
