Getting an error when booting that states, "load library failed error 126." I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the latest AMD drivers but the issue persists.Command prompt fix commonly found on the internet yields no results either.

Graphics: AMD Radeon RX Vega 11 Graphics
NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2060
