Troubleshooting: I've tried reinstalling Windows, reinstalling graphics drivers, scanning for corrupt files, underclocking, and nothing seems to be working. I've seen that other people have been having this problem too. I'm aware that there have been consistent problems with the 5700xt and it could be that I just got a bad card but I'm not sure. I'm not sure if this is related but I've had peripherals disconnect occasionally too so maybe it's a PSU issue? Not sure. Could really use some help.
