Hello
Ever since i bought my laptop i've been having random stuttering issues, whether it's while working, gaming, or jus watching youtube videos.
Initially my laptop came with windinws 11 but i decided to change it to windows 10,since then it has improve a lot, but the stuttering persist, even though i have the latest updates in both drivers and bios.
Investigating in forums they told me that it could be FTPM problens but i don't really know anything about it.
Could someone please help me?
pd:Lenove technical service was not very helpful, they told me to update everything or reinstall windows Lenovo technical service was not very helpful, they just told me to update everything or reinstall windows and may laptop's hardware past every test they did.
