Every 2-3 games in League of legends the computer completely stucks in one frame with no audio and the only way to fix is to force restart from the case.

I tried to contact both Riot games and AMD support but none helped, tried to reinstall the game, remove every driver and reinstall, update bios.

Strange thing is other games that should be heavier have way less issues.

Only xmp overclock, also tried to deactivate hardware accelleration everywhere.

Same thing happens to me with similar specs.After I updated to 23.9.3 league of legends freezed the entire pc, making me move my mouse cursor 1 pixel at the time.(some other games freezed too like demonologist,gluua,phasmo and fall guys but not as frequently as league).Some people have this problem since 22.5 + .Many of us have in common that we use win11 so some fixed it by going back to 10 and others fixed it by lowering their monitor's hz to 60 from 144.

(I even formated my pc and had same issues,most safe thing so far is to stay at the oldest driver available through the amd driver page,I still freeze at league but only 1 in 20 games)
