Latest Driver (21.6.1 & Beta 21.6.2) cause - system settings have changed please reboot Message

I previously ran into this problem when I installed the 21.6.1 Beta driver, I thought "as it was a Beta it's got problems" and downgraded to 21.5.2.

During the Driver install it came up with the message "system settings have changed please reboot" the software then restarted my computer and the message came up again! which it did EVERY TIME I rebooted! So I downgraded as stated above!

The 21.6.1 then got it's WHQL release which I installed, and the Error came up again! I then tried upgrading to the 21.6.2 Beta driver (thinking they might have fixed it as the release was quick on the heels of the 21.6.1 WHQL release) but no! The Error Persisted!

Que Downgrading again to 21.5.1, which seems solid and stable with no error messages!

Has anyone else encountered this error!? Is there a better way to fix the error?? will it actually break anything!?! (apart from my patience, having the press the 'ok' button on EVERY reboot!)

System Specs: ASRock X570 Pro4 (version 4.00 BIOS), AMD Ryzen 5 3400G with Vega 11 Graphics (v21.5.1), 32Gb Corsair DDR4 3000mmhz, 512Gb NvME M.2 Boot Drive (TeamGroup)

I am also running into this issue. I recently had to wipe my computer and re-install windows for another reason. That worked but the default driver Windows 10 picks during installation is from 2020, so I updated the driver and ran into the same issue again. I used the AMD Bug report tool to report this issue.
