I having problems with latest drivers Adrenalin 2020 version 20.9.1
Problem:
If I install this driver my laptop can't shut down or restart, slow boot up. When I try to shut down or restart Windows exit as normally, then my screen go off, but laptop still on, keyboard led still on and fans speed up.
The only way to shut down my laptop is forcing it by mantaining start button 5 seconds.
My spec:
- Windows 10 Pro 64-bit October 2020 Update (updated to latest)
- AMD Ryzen 3 3200U with Radeon Vega 3 Mobile Gfx
- 12 GB RAM
- AMD Chipset Software 2.10.13.408 (updated to latest)
- BIOS version 1.11 (updated to latest)
What doesn't work:
- Removing a new driver by the DDU utility and re-installation Adrenalin 20.9.1
- Removing a new driver by the AMD Cleanup utility and re-installation Adrenalin https://www.amd.com/en/support/kb/release-notes/rn-rad-win-20-1-420.9.1
What Works:
