Hi, i format my laptop, cuz the hard drive died, i bought a new one and download the drivers from de HP site, the have to Stoney rigde and Bristol ridge, I tried both and the continue to get me the error, then I tried the AMD one from the site and the same result. My laptop is an HP 15-bw014la, with an A9-9420 processor, and it happens when I open a windows, use youtube, put the hdmi cable, i tried everything that pass my mind, please help
