Hi, 1 year ago, I installed Windows 11, but one day, 5 months later, when I powered on the PC suddenly turned off after a minute. When I restarts, I logged in and crash again. I thought it could be Windows, so I reinstalled Windows 10, but after 10 minutes the PC crashed again.
After I investigated, I knew it was because Windows Update installed the display drivers. I rebooted into safe mode and used AMD CleanUp to erase the drivers and install the official Drivers from HP website.
My laptop is a HP Pavilion 15-cw1012la, whit a Ryzen 3 3300u (Integred graphics).
I tried everything: install older driver versions, install older Windows 10 versions (20H2 now), update the BIOS, driver installation with AMD Adrenaline, whit the Proccesator drivers from AMD Web, etc
When I tried install the drivers without Safe mode, PC Crash: changes the resolution and then the screen goes black. Always when I restart after the intallation the screen goes black in less than 10 seconds.
Right now, I use it with generic drivers, but I have to fight with Win Update all the time, and I'm limited.
I appreciate any help and sorry for my bad English. TY
