Dear AMD

I go to your website amd.com to download your graphics drivers for my Laptop's APU for windows 10 and windows 7 64 - bit

Radeon Software Adrenalin Edition 17.12.2

and

Radeon Software Adrenalin Edition 18.21.0

Bug:

both of these drivers slow down on my Laptop very badly to the point that my laptop is unresponsive

my mouse on the login screen moves but every 5 seconds the mouse movement is stopped and then

released over and over again

and yes I've tested your video card drivers on both Operating systems

the only Driver from you that actually works is:

Amd Chipset Driver 17.40

Does your laptop have the latest BIOS installed from December 8, 2017? You can download it from here if you do not: HP Software and Driver Downloads for HP Printers, Laptops, Desktops and More | HP® Customer Support

Try reinstalling HP Laptop AMD VGA driver from the link above:
