Issue Installing win10-64bit-radeon-software-adrenalin-edition-18.11.1-nov8

Issue when install

This will not install. Apparently no install for

microsoft visual c++ redistributable package 17

An extra component is required to install. If people have disconnected with Microsoft an do not get automatic installs due to the rapid Spyware and Backdoors that are opened when using Microsoft updates. This issue is required to be addressed.

Suggestion: A complete install is required.

Do not convince others to go to microsoft an install their spyware or backdoor updates.disguised as required installs.

People will just format for their businesses and home/gaming computers.

A fully patched Windows system is a pre-requite for a successful driver installation. Including all the C++ components would mean that the majority of users would be forced to download a component they already have installed.
