is my graphics able to take Adrenalin Edition 18.9.1.

HELP please.

I have installed the is my graphics able to take Adrenalin Edition 18.9.1.AMD control centre but do not see the eyefinity option which is available in Adrenalin Edition 18.9.1.

Do I need to download this how will I know if my graphics card will be able to take it?

It would be helpful to know what graphics card you have..etc. INFORMATION REQUIRED WHEN POSTING A QUESTION
