When I try to record my last moment the Instant Replay icon appears in the top right corner and says "Saving..." for about 3 seconds and then disappears and doesn't announce that a video has been saved, and when I check my folder the video is not saved. This has been happening for about a week, whenever it does happen I update my drivers and that usually fixes it, but all of my drivers are up to date and it still doesn't work. I have tried resetting Recording, Live Streaming and Media settings, I have tried countless combinations of adjustments to the settings, I have tried resetting and changing my keybind, I have restarted my computer plenty of times, nothing is working.
