Right clicking cs2.exe and checking "disable fullscreen optimizations" works fine until I close the game. Once I close the game it seems to be constantly flickering and switching between resolutions, and shows a fake second cursor that follows my real cursor.
Unchecking "disable fullscreen optimizations", launching the game, and closing the game fixes the bug.
I eventually figured out that I could also just restart the amd instant replay to fix the bug, So I am led to believe something about the interaction between instant replay, fullscreen optimizations, and a stretched res is not working properly.
If I were inclined to have instant replay and want to disable fullscreen optimizations on cs2, would anybody have advice for me to fix the flickering and ghost cursor that follows closing the game?
