In-Game Replay not working

I never got this to work since it came out, the output file is correct, but the overlay doesn't show anything, also, the little square overlay doesn't show at all.

What i tried:

Default ReLive Settings

Closing all background programs

Clean install of the driver (with AMD CleanUp Utility and DDU)

New Windows install on another drive

Disabling Freesync

 

GameDVR & Game Mode are disabled.

  • Driver version installed
    • 19.2.2

    • 1x ASUS MG278Q (1440p144hz Freesync) using DP
    • 1x BenQ GL2250 (1080p60hz) using HDMI
    • 1x AOC e2343f2 (1080p60hz) using HDMI
  • Motherboard + Bios Revision
    • Asus PRIME X370 Pro (BIOS VERSION 4207)
  • CPU/APU
    • AMD R7 1700
  • Power Supply Unit  Make, Model & Wattage
    • Corsair RM1000 (1000w Gold)
  • RAM
    • Corsair Vengeance LED 2x8GB (DDR4) (2933Mhz with XMP)

This feature works perfectly on my second system with a R9 280X.

Update about this:

I tried again this "Ingame replay" feature in a fresh new Windows install, it still breaks when i use HEVC but works when i use AVC, on my main Windows install it doesn't work even when using AVC.

Looks like ReLive has a lot of issues right now, if anyone is interrested, you should take a look at the Windows 10 Game DVR, it is MUCH more reliable (in fact i never had ANY problems with it) than ReLive.
