did you updated driver to 24.1.1?and eberything work fine?

perfomance in games and all that

with 6700xt. default settings from install. As others have reported 2024 is a jerky mess.

Sorry bud, I had to edit my reply. when I saw the problems about 2024 I  thought I better check it out. I haven't played that for awhile but now I see it has an issue.

I rolled back to 11.1

Full install, always.

I probably would have used 12.1 but even though I normally keep all the drivers I D/L, 12.1 must have got deleted and I'm too lazy to go and D/L it again for the minimal difference from 11.1.

Unless you were having problems with 9.1 you're likely safe to use that.  I was pleasantly surprised to see the driver package recognized I was downgrading and everything went nice and smooth. No extra steps uninstalling.
