Since you gave ZERO information about the OS you use and on what hardware you use it. Nobody could possibly answer your question.

If you go to the driver download page for your product. Whatever that is. Just below the driver listing an above the knowledge base is a 2 word type link that reads "Previous Drivers" that's where you want to go I think.

my OS is:windows10 1809（17763.194）

my GPU :R9 390

and amd's "Previous Drivers" earliest is 2018.05, that can't run ra3.
