I Have RX560 GPU and it should support VSR but i can't find it anywhere

and it said in this link that it supports VSR has any one solution?

VSR is only supported on RDNA cards.

how can i even use FSR ?

although from a year i think i was able to active VSR on my gpu how is not supported ?

Because VSR is only supported on RDNA cards, ie. RX 5000 series and newer.

Here's a setup guide for FSR3. Note that the RX 560 only supports FSR upscaling, not frame generation.

If the game doesn't have a specific upscaling graphics option you can generally still use FSR by simply setting the game resolution to something lower than the monitor's native display resolution, then enable FSR in Adrenalin.
