I tried searching for something useful in YouTube, google and it's all not working when I tried to install something like from suggestion in google, I noticed my SSD is full of games... and I cannot uninstall something I play all those games and I tried to delete temporary files and can't download it I tried editing my registry still doesn't work anyone please help me with this issue.

Supposedly there are 3rd party Apps., search the web.
