I have a ati radeon hd 4550(i know it`s old) but i want to record something and in obs and other progams card encoder is missing what can i do?(x264 is not a solution)

I know that FRAPS worked with the old HD4XXX series, maybe give that a go?

But fraps cannot live stream and this video card it`s not that weak it`s 512 mb other 512 mb cards work...

older obs versions worked but obs 21 don`t work and i don`t find a progam what have this card encoder

Sorry I can't help you. Not really a stream guy. You said you wanted to record, not stream and FRAPS does that. I wish I knew what would work for you. Lot's of people here though. Someone is bound to have a useful suggestion.
