maybe because I change from windows to ubuntu and again to windows. Now my computer is using the basic windows card/drive. How do I switch it to read the AMD? I tried already downloading drivers, but it didn't work, everytime I click the screen with the right mouse button and try to access the AMD it says that there is a problem with my drive, etc.

Doesn't tell us which A10 you have. Look on the bottom of the laptop and read to us what model it says you have. Or figure it out for yourself by choosing one of the three listed graphics:

I have a Asus R510D. Which driver should I download?
I'm really sorry for the delay.
Thanks.
that card is in legacy support so there may be a driver on windows update you can use
HD8000 Series cards are not all legacy
Don't know if he has a laptop
Don't know if he has a APU
Don't know which HD8000 (series) graphics he has
Don't know what OS
the HD 8000 series are OEM so god knows what was stuffed into the machine besides the graphics

Easy to find out...or you can guess all day long.
I am not sure how many variants there are for the HD8000 due to them being OEM only
some chips may even be soldered onto laptop motherboards
Lots of APU's with 8000 graphics

Have not seen one of them, most laptops I have fixed have intel junk in them
They stopped making drivers for 32 Win 10 last year but the 64 bit WIndows is still supported a 19.6.1 driver is up right now.
The OP likely just had the repository driver load when Windows installed. They need to simply download and install the correct driver. kingfish already gave the correct link to the driver. I have a laptop HD 8XXX graphics. They were pretty common for a couple years.
Even my oldest Lenovo machines from the Vista period came with 4GB of memory so they came with 64-bit versions of Windows. Drivers are on Windows update for most of the hardware but a few components need manual installation.
More recent Lenovo machines have drivers galore on Windows update.
A Samsung R540 was completely provided with drivers. An old XP era Dell with a RAM upgrade was able to Windows 10 with most of the machine recognized.
Where did this 32bit idea come from? The OP never said anything like that. He said he had Win10 64bit.
Windows 10 is available as 32-bit but not many use it as even very old machines have 64-bit processors so when I refurbish machines I always use the 64-bit version.
Now the OP posted some specs but I am awaiting the GPU-Z report which will give the device ID so it can be checked in a database for a driver
What? He already has...
And it isn't 32bit.

I am aware the original post is using 64-bit Windows. What is not clear is the CPU model installed which GPU-Z report can do along with the graphics in use.

If there is a drive error, you may need to clean the disk with DISKPART. So find another disk and use that, then use a USB cable to recover personal files.
It looks like ( he or she or they ) has a laptop as indicated by the information dump, an Asus notebook sku.
I'm going to go out on a limb here and assume that these messages are hitting an international firewall ( driverdump came from a French website ) and are probably getting translated as needed.
Best to look for the updates to the chipset drivers when dealing with these types of system configurations.
People need to read all the responses before posting. We know it's a laptop...
