I cant install the driver for RX 5600XT "AMD Radeon Software",
when it is about to finish the error "Error 1603" appears and
when trying to uninstall the current driver so that it does not present an error,
when restarting, a blue screen appears with the error "DRIVER POWER STATE FAILURE "
