I'm tired, I really can't find any benefit from my card, all the games run on Intel, and I can't use AMD.

Download and run GPU-Z select the 'Lookup' box..it will tell you the exact graphics card you have. The R5 M200/HD8500M is a series of cards...you need to know which one.
Also, I would go to Intel support and get the latest graphics driver...use their 'auto check/scan' function.
Whether or not it uses Enduro is determined by the OEM...the laptop manufacturer.

These must have the latest Intel drivers (from Intel) installed before the AMD drivers
To answer your question about "Radeon Additional Settings" that was phased out months ago. Everything is contained in the control panel.
Nothing new, after downloading the driver, the problem still exists in all games:
GPU: unable
VRAM: unable
When you click/select one of your saved games (like PBUG) what does it show you? When you click on 'settings' what does it show you?
I don't know...but if it is a OGL game it will use the Intel graphics. By default. Any DXgame you should have the option or automatic selection to use the AMD card.
However there is one more possibility....does your laptop use Enduro for the switchable graphics.

Installed, but I cant find it to use this Options..
Looks ok....what driver version did you use?
Yes.....glad you have it sorted out...
