I accidently uninstalled my AMD graphics card, any attempt to reinstall it crashes Windows 10

Hello----

I have a LENOVO model 80k6, CPU: intel(R) Core(TM) i5-5200U, GPU: AMD Radeon (TM) R9 M375 and Windows 10 Entreprise, My graphics Card AMD was working well and played games with it and even installed the adrenaline edition driver and ran it until i accidently uninstalled the driver or "device" from the device manager tab.

i tried installing the driver again automatically from windows 10 update and manually from  the AMD website but it crashes pc so hard that i can't even restore it, only when i disable it that pc runs well.

I've been wondering if it is a compatibility issue, since i am certain the problem should not be a hardware problem, when i attempt to reboot it it keeps booting infinitely until i disable the graphics card using safe mode, i've been trying to solve the issue for a while looking for forums and support but no luck.

I woud apprecite any kind of help and information, Thank you !!!

You could try doing a system restore to a date prior to your accidental device removal.

Or you could try installing the original Lenovo driver.

Or worst case back up your data and do a factory reset.

Thank you for your answer !!

I have tried factory reset but it did the same thing booting my pc into an infinite loading screen, ever since it was uninstalled no amount of factory reset or system restore or update have been able to fix it.

and by the original Lenovo driver you mean the initial driver for the graphics card that came with the pc ?

As mentioned by @FunkZ it is best to go to Lenovo Support driver download page for your Lenovo Laptop and download Lenovo's own OEM AMD GPU Driver.

Found your laptop download page at Lenovo Support. Please input your Laptop Serial Number to verify this is the correct download page for your laptop: https://pcsupport.lenovo.com/us/en/products/laptops-and-netbooks/lenovo-z-series-laptops/z51-70/80k6...

NOTE: You can you use your own Lenovo's laptop app to update all your Laptop drivers automatically. I would also update your Laptop's BIOS if it is outdated.

EDIT: a Reset I believe just re-installs Windows OS to the original version you had when you first bought the laptop.

It is better, AS A LAST RESORT, to do a Lenovo Laptop Recovery using a Recovery Disc or Online. This will install all your original Lenovo Apps and Windows OS to the way it was when you first purchased the laptop.
