Thank you for viewing and possibly helping with the issues I'm having. I've included a little dump of Radeon info and dxdiag to possibly help.
I had to replace the HDD for this system, so I lost the original Factory Recovery partition. I installed a fresh instance of Windows 10 Home, then I installed the Original HP drivers, Starting with the System/Graphics drivers, then installed the updated Chipset drivers (18.10.c.0601 it was listed with this APU before the current site change), then installed the Adrenalin Edition 18.8.1 drivers. I've done this three times now.. The first time I had the "customization" for this system set-up properly including being able to download the Windows Store apps for; AMD Graphics Profile, and AMD Display Optimizations, and I having the battery and GPU/Power Optimizations installed and setup, and also including having Freesync working (which I wouldn't have even known about until Windows/Radeon setting alerted me that it was available and ready to setup, which is how I KNOW it was working), and also HDCP and HDR. Even with the customization setup, the system still had performance issues (I'm now attributing the older AHCI amdsata.sys, amdxata.sys being stuck in the system32.. after manually updating system performs much better), so I did that Clean Installation several times with these drivers.
The main issue is that after several "Clean Installations" I seem to have lost the customization for battery/power/APU/GPU/Freesync, and can't install the Windows Store AMD apps anymore. Can one help me get these drivers and customization working properly again? I'm far from new to IT, hardware, AMD, and driver installation, but I haven't had to deal with AMD drivers for a very long time, and now I'm finding myself in the same confusing boat again.
