It's like a month that the process named "system interrupts" take a lot of cpu usage, sometimes 90%. I search around the web and I disabled USB Root HUB, ethernet adapters that I don't use but I continue to have this problem any help ?
Open Device Manager and Task Manager side by side. From the processes tab in Task Manager, Sort the task manager by CPU - system interrupts should be the top of the list. From the Device Manager expand the various sections then right click on a device and disable it.
