Hello AMD community, i can't run my amd graphics driver.

I can't open AMD settings and i decided re-installing it and downloaded latest driver, Adrenalin 2020 Edition 20.5.1, when the download is finished.. i run it but this message appears "THIS APP CAN'T RUN ON YOUR PC". I did everything i know, turning off smartscreen, turning off internet connection and antivirus and moved the downloaded fil on desktop.. still i can't run it Please help me, i dont know what to do.

I think technically 20.5.1 is still in the Beta phase. You may want to try version 20.4.2 
In my experience i had constant green screen crashes with 20.5.1 this seem to be related to a 0 fan speed glitch and Open GL issues.
