So in February 8th it was the day I installed new drivers on my PC and today I tried to launch up GTA 5 when I saw 100% on my GPU I checked and it got to 512MB when it was 8GB I tried all sorts of things it didn't help me so now I'm trying to reach out to all the people that might off or will have the same problem.
My GPU: XFX AMD Radeon RX590 Fatboy 8GB 1580Mhz
